You are going to create a timeline/ word splashes to help review everything you have learned since the beginning of the year.

The time periods you have studied so far this year are:

     a. Renaissance 

     b. Protestant Reformation

     c. Age of Exploration/Columbian Exchange 

     d. The Enlightenment

     e. Scientific Revolution

     f. French Revolution/Latin American Revolutions

     g. GLorious Revolution/American Revolution

Note: All of the time periods are close in relation to time and many of these overlap with each other!!!!!

What events/topics are considered important?

     a. You are looking for scientific inventions, major wars or battles, important people, an act of courage to standing up to someone else, and other things that would help you know more about each time period.

Timeline /Word Splash Requirements:

1. For each time period, you need to have 3 important events/times that would help summarize the importance of each time period.     

     a. You must write the date for when each event happened on your timeline/word splash

     b. A title for each event on your timeline/splash

     c.  Tell why this event/topic was important to the time period (3 for each time period)

     d. An illustration that would best represent your topic/event on your time line (1 illustration per Era)
